Star War: Striker Galaxy Attack is a retro-style, classic arcade shooter game inspired by the never-ending fun that was offered by these classic shoot-'em-up spaceship games. Fly alone, ultramodern alien starship while engaging in explosive intergalactic combat, where entire enemy fleets-or flocks of hideously adorable space birds-stand in your way. But who is sending you? Who cares? Survival is what matters; skill will help you, and unleashing the maximum destruction potential of your ship is all that should be on your mind. Cleave through enemies, dodge multicoloured projectiles, and show them a single ship can change the course of a war!

There is no involved storyline or complex mechanics on offer you, a nimble ship, and endless waves of enemies for you to obliterate. Your agenda is simple: move, shoot, survive. Space birds, though! Don't let their chirpy sounds fool you. One hit by one of them means instant doom. Try to perfect your reflexes, and you will become a worthy avian slaughterer in the galaxy!

How to Play

In Strike Galaxy Attack, the player is in for a fast-paced 2D arcade shooter where keyboard controls act the way in an infinite action arcade. The modes to pick from are:

  • Adventure: Combat structured levels which escalate in difficulty.
  • Endless: Fight to the fiery end of your ship!

Your ship keeps its guns firing and firing without you having to trigger them. Just move around using W/A/S/D or the arrow keys to direct your shots and destroy the waves coming towards you. Enemies drop coins that are used for power-ups and upgrades to enhance your ship's firepower, range, and appearance. Watch out, though; pick up the wrong power-up, and it could mean the game is over!
